My APPROACH: Healing at the Root
Many people come to therapy because they’re exhausted by recurring patterns—whether that’s trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, or feeling stuck despite years of trying to make things better.

While symptom relief is important, I believe lasting change often comes from understanding the experiences and patterns contributing to those symptoms. Our early experiences, relationships, and life events shape how we see ourselves, relate to others, and respond to stress. Therapy provides an opportunity to better understand those patterns, process difficult experiences, and respond more effectively to life’s challenges.

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based care. I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Therapy, tailoring treatment to your unique goals, experiences, and needs.
Whether you’re navigating the effects of trauma, managing bipolar disorder, or working through long-standing emotional and relationship patterns, therapy is designed to help you understand the patterns contributing to your symptoms so you can make meaningful, lasting changes.
